Start Smart is an exciting, free class presented by the California Highway Patrol, aimed at helping teenage drivers become more aware of the responsibilities that accompany the privilege of being a licensed California driver. Parents and/or guardians are required to attend with their teenage driver as they participate in this 2 hour Start Smart class.
