California Rodeo Salinas is BACK, and we are ready! Join us July 20 – 23, for all your favorite rodeo events, from bull riding to barrel racing. Tickets on sale now carodeo.com!

The California Rodeo Salinas is one of the top 10 Professional Rodeos in the United States and the largest in California. Known in the rodeo world for our big arena and beautiful buckles, we are most proud of being a not-for-profit organization that gives back over $530,000 each year to local non-profits and western lifestyle/industry organizations.

It’s where the west comes alive! Non-stop action all four days of the Rodeo….saddle bronc riding, bull riding, barrel racing and much more for your entertainment. There is truly something for all ages including the kids corral, shopping, bar, saloon and more!!!

The Rodeo Carnival will be open July 14 – 23, 3 – 11pm daily, Carnival Site.

The Stick Horse Race takes place Thursday, July 20 with a preliminary run at 4:30 pm and finals on the track during the performance that night.

The McDonald’s Kids Corral is a fun-filled, action-packed area for children and their parents. July 20 & 21, 5 – 9pm; July 22 & 23, 12 – 5pm

Mutton Busting July 20, 6 – 9pm; July 22 & 23, 1:15 – 5pm; Salinas Sports Complex, A crowd favorite, kids ages 4-7 ride sheep during each performance of the Rodeo, with the top 3 riders from each day coming back for the championship on Sunday.
