    Sourdough Basics: Simple Sourdough at Home Wednesday, March 11,  5:30pm-7:30pm Companion Bakeshop is hosting a baking class where participants will learn to bake bread at home. Participants will go home with a sourdough starter, a basket, and a loaf ready to be baked.
