Downtown Trick-Or-Treat Tuesday, Oct. 31, 2-5pm The Santa Cruz Police Department and the City of Santa Cruz close down Pacific Avenue for kids to trick or treat! This festival of fun lasts from 2:00 PM until 5:00 PM. Many Downtown businesses will be handing out candy and treats outside of their businesses.
