Evidence of the art of archery dates back almost 70.000 years and is found on every inhabited continent on the planet. It is one of the technologies that truly began our journey as human beings. It builds strength, endurance, mindfulness, confidence… and let’s be real… you look like a total badass doing it. It’s also like… a ton of fun. Spend a day with an expert archery instructor (Level 1 or Level 2) learning the form and technique associated with traditional archery.
