We all experience stress. Manageable stress can be helpful, as it can motivate us to accomplish a goal. But toxic stress can negatively affect our children’s development if it is left unaddressed. The good news is that there are many different ways you can help protect your child from the effects of it.
Join @first5california and @first5santacruz at the Santa Cruz Children’s Museum of Discovery on Monday, February 19 11am – 4:30pm.
Your kids will have a blast playing First 5 California’s Toxic Stress Takedown game while you learn about their Stronger Starts campaign, and how you can combat toxic stress in your family!
