Our Magical Baker April pop up is on Sunday, April 14th in front of the Verve Coffee on 41st at 9am until 1pm (or until sellout, whichever happens first). Last pop up, we were completely sold out by 11am, so I’d HIGHLY recommend being there as close to 9 as you can for best selection!
This time we’re bringing SEVEN vegan items, FIVE of which are completely allergen friendly! Here’s what you can look forward to:
Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies (GF/NF/V), Chewy and generously sized chocolate chip cookies, you’d never guess these were made without any of the top 9 food allergens
Berry Hand Pies (GF/NF/V), Our popular flaky hand pies, with jammy blueberry pie filling inside
Mini Carrot Cakes (GF/NF/V), Moist and delicious carrot cakes made with pineapple chunks mixed in, topped with a pineapple drizzle
Hot Cross Buns (GF/NF/V), Beautifully soft and lightly sweet bread rolls, with raisins & candied orange mixed in, and topped with an apricot glaze
Garlic & Tomato Focaccia Muffins (GF/NF/V), Scrumptious and savory focaccia muffins made with roasted garlic & tomatoes. Fantastic when warmed up!
Lemon Lavender Sandwich Cookies (GF/V), Shortbread cookies made with lemon zest, lemon juice, and lavender paste, sandwiched with a lemon buttercream filling
Caramel Delights Shortbread Bars (GF/V), A bigger, better, gf vegan version of Girl Scout’s Caramel Delites/Samoas cookies! Featuring a buttery shortbread base, coconut caramel, toasted coconut flakes, and chocolate ganache drizzle
Churro Cream Puffs (GF/DF), Light and airy choux pastry shells, with cinnamon brown sugar craquelin top, and filled with a cinnamon brown sugar Swiss Meringue Buttercream
