In the Teen Girls Self-Defense Workshop, you can give your girls the resources, skills, and know-how about how to make the right choices for their safety.
When you’re not around, they are truly on their own to figure out what’s best when confronted by anyone who might compromise their safety.
They’ll learn best ways to avoid being tossed into a vehicle, how to deal with inappropriate questions, what to say to bullies, and how to sense when something just doesn’t feel right.
Mental, Verbal, and Physical skills will be taught.
