The San Francisco Jazz Organization (SFJAZZ) and Santa Cruz Public Libraries will be hosting a virtual interactive live-stream performance of Jackeline Rago & Rhythm Talks.
This free event brings multi-instrumentalist and bandleader/educator Jackie Rago, celebrating the rich tapestry of Venezuelan music. In this captivating and interactive show, Rago’s Thythm Talks ensemble presents styles include calypso, parranda, joropo, golpe de tambor, and the magical “quitipias” bambo ensemble.
