• Does she know what ‘safe-distancing’ is?
• Does she know how to immediately position herself to be safer (while the person in front of her doesn’t really know what she’s doing)?

Empowering Self-Defense will teach your Teen Girls stand up and speak up for herself, how to deal with all of the above, including:
• Body Language
• Boundaries
• Use of Voice
• Mental Preparedness
• Physical Skills
Help her to feel safe, confident and in control of her choices.
