Santa Cruz SPCA PAWS after School Program (Juniors Tier 1)

Mondays, April 8-22, 4-6pm

PAWS stands for Promoting Animal Welfare with Students.

Tier One in PAWS helps the children learn about animal needs and how to interpret animal body language so the children can understand how to interact with animals at any one time happily and safely. The children use their skills in hands-on interactions with our shelter animals to develop reciprocally trusting and loving relationships with them.

Students learn basic dog training techniques, make enrichments for the animals and create adoption posters for them.

This is a great program for animal lovers!
