Get connected with Rise Together leaders, listen to our stories, experience the work of our organizations, and hear about how we are advancing racial equity in Santa Cruz County. Together, we’ll celebrate the coalition’s work so far, and gather ideas and resources to take action in the work ahead.
Rise Together is an intercultural coalition of 32 members, led by People of Color and working collaboratively to advance racial equity in Santa Cruz County. We are working to build awareness, trust, and investment in the work led by, for and in support of People of Color in Santa Cruz County.
Note: Parking available in the shopping center parking lot across the street from the Foundation. Onsite disabled parking available upon request.
