Glimpses of World History Series to Begin at La Selva Beach Branch Library
Second and fourth Saturdays in January, February, and March, 1 – 2
Dr. Robert Strayer, Ph.D of European and African History, presents a series of six illustrated talks dealing with particular topics in world history and their implications for the present. These free events take place from 1 – 2:30 p.m. on the second and fourth Saturdays in January, February, and March at the La Selva Beach Branch Library, 316 Estrella Ave. The first event in the series on January 14th, “In the Beginning: 95% of the Human Story” covers the Paleolithic Era.
