Considering that two-thirds of all Americans are overweight or obese and half of all children suffer from at least one chronic disease, many of us could use a little support in raising a thriving family.
This group experience is for moms, dads, and primary caregivers who want to be in a supportive environment to hone their skills on feeding their family nutrient-dense, delicious, and nutritious foods everyone (mostly always) will like.

Our intimate groups are held in Soquel, CA outside of Santa Cruz in a beautiful private mountain setting. This will be a truly unique and wonderful experience to be shared with other parents. We will gather in the studio, or on warm days, we might have our group outside under the redwoods.
