Fashion Teens 2026

Fashion Teens is a countywide student arts program where Santa Cruz County youth in grades 6–12 design, construct, and model their own wearable art creations using recycled, up-cycled, or repurposed materials.

The program empowers young people to explore innovation, sustainability, creative thinking, and self-expression while gaining confidence and real-world presentation experience on the runway.

The showcase event is a celebration of student creativity and community.

Each outfit reflects months of effort, imagination, and thoughtful storytelling as students bring fashion to life through their designs.

Many pieces highlight important themes such as environmental awareness, social identity, and personal expression.

Fashion Teens is part of the Ripple Effect Arts Festival this year.
