Family Yoga

A family yoga session is a great opportunity for kids, parents, and grandparents to experience positive family time in nature! The entire family will enjoy a 45-minute yoga session intended to increase energy, strength, and flexibility while helping to calm the mind. mind.

The forest can be messy, please bring yoga mats that you don’t mind getting dirty or a towel to put under your mat. Dress in layers and bring water and a snack if you wish.

Class size is limited, advance registration required. Class meets at Picnic Area 1 inside the day use area of Henry Cowell. Those who register will receive more detailed directions and information via email.
