Do you want to get your kids outside more? This class is not about making kids garden, but about creating fun spaces for them in the garden so that they can learn to appreciate plants, birds, bugs, and growing food. Join us to learn how to construct a green bean play house, what plants attract swallowtail butterflies and caterpillars, how to have edible flowers year-round, and much more!…did someone say mud kitchen?

Anne Jensen is a UC Master Gardener and mother of 2 young children (ages 4 & 7) who play in the garden everyday. She has turned her grassy lawn into an edible oasis with places to play and explore tucked into every corner.
