California Rodeo 2024

The California Rodeo Salinas is one of the top 10 Professional Rodeos in the United States and the largest in California. Known in the rodeo world for our big arena and beautiful buckles, we are most proud of being a not-for-profit organization that gives back over $530,000 each year to local non-profits and western lifestyle/industry organizations.

The Rodeo Carnival will be open July 17 – 21, 3 – 11pm daily, Carnival Site.

Mutton Busting July 20, 6 – 9pm; July 17-21; Salinas Sports Complex, A crowd favorite, kids ages 4-7 ride sheep during each performance of the Rodeo, with the top 3 riders from each day coming back for the championship on Sunday. https://www.carodeo.com/events/2024/mutton-busting
