Join Silvia Patience, author of The Double Crossing about historic voyage escaping from Nazi Germany, for this free event, open to the public, especially for middle grade boys and girls. Books available to buy and have signed by the author.
In 1939, shortly before World War II breaks out in Europe, thirteen-year-olds David and Hannah attempt to escape Nazi Germany, along with over nine hundred other Jewish refugees, on the historic voyage of the St. Louis.
An exciting and educational read for ages 10 and up.
