Fullpower: Safety & Self-Defense for Teens and Young Adults

Saturday, August 9, 9am-2pm

In this fun, hands-on program, teens and young adults ages 13+ will learn and practice skills for preventing and solving problems with people. Scholarships available.

This workshop includes the opportunity for teens and adults to practice physical self-defense skills on kick pads AND with a head-to-toe padded instructor.

The $195 registration fee includes training for one adult or one teen.
