Native Plant & Rummage Sale

Sunday, September 17, 9am – 3pm

The Valley Women’s Club of San Lorenzo Valley (VWC) is excited to invite you to our Native Plant & Rummage Sale Event! This is a fantastic opportunity for you to support local scholarships, habitat restoration, and biodiversity while finding hidden treasures and embracing eco-friendly gardening.
WHAT TO EXPECT:
– Browse a wide array of quality rummage sale items.
– Discover native plants sourced from Central Coast Wilds, chosen specifically for their hardiness and benefits to the San Lorenzo Valley ecosystem.
– Connect with community members who share a passion for environmental conservation and education.
– Enjoy a fun-filled day of shopping, mingling, and contributing to a greener future.
GET INVOLVED:
– Donate Items: Help us stock up on unique sale items! Drop off your donations at the Highlands Park Senior & Community Center on Fridays and Saturdays from August 4 to September 16 between 10:00 AM and Noon. (No collection on Sept. 2) Please, no clothes, large furniture, or baby furniture.
– Volunteer: Join our dedicated team of volunteers by signing up to assist with item collection, pricing, loading, and more. [https://vwcslv.ivolunteer.com/rummagesale] – Shop: Discover hidden gems and support a great cause by shopping at the rummage sale and taking home native plants to beautify your property.
EVENT HIGHLIGHTS:
– Proceeds from the event support SLVUSD Cabrillo Scholarships and Teacher Grants, benefiting local education and environmental projects.
– Learn about the importance of native plants and their role in attracting essential pollinators for a healthier ecosystem.
