Encompass TAY for Youth 12 – 18

Fridays, 10:30am – 12pm, August 1 – November 24
Encompass TAY (transition-age youth) meets at the Downtown Branch Library every Friday. Individuals aged 15-24 are invited to come and connect to useful resources. Most importantly, the resource center will serve as a trusted, welcoming place for youth to come together to build community.

Encompass Transition-Age Youth (TAY) will be in the Life Literacies Center at the Downtown Santa Cruz Library every Friday, 10:30AM – 12:00PM.

Encompass TAY serves individuals, ages 15-24, including those experiencing houselessness and those who are, or have been, involved in the foster care or justice systems. Most importantly, the resource center offers a trusted, welcoming place for youth to come together to build community. Come and connect to useful resources, including;

INDEPENDENT LIVING PROGRAM

The Independent Living Program (ILP) assists current and former foster and probation placement youth aged 15-21 to develop independent living skills and achieve personal, educational and vocational goals to successfully transition to self-sufficiency.
