Join us Sunday for a reading and book talk from award-winning author Pam Muñoz Ryan, in partnership with Bookshop Santa Cruz, Pajaro Valley Unified School District and Arts Council Santa Cruz County.
Muñoz Ryan, well-known as the author of "Esperanza Rising," will be reading from her latest book, "Mañanaland." She will present via Zoom on a large screen at the event. Two teaching artists will help students with a project related to the book.
Attendees will leave with a FREE copy of Mañanaland and burritos to take home for dinner.
Event is 3:30 p.m. Sunday at Sequoia High. Live streaming and Spanish translation available.
