Friends’ 50 years of impact will be celebrated on Saturday, Sept. 19, from 12-3 p.m. with a 50th Anniversary Birthday Bash at Wilder Ranch State Park.
The admission-free event is open to the public. Celebrate with live music, a silent auction, drinks, beer, BBQ, pizza and snacks! Tour the “That’s My Park!” Park Showcase to see the many ways Friends supports parks and the people who love them.

Friends also is kicking off an anniversary fundraising campaign, Friends Golden Anniversary Resources for Resilience.
Buoyed by a matching fund, the campaign aims to raise $50,000 and draw 50 new members.
