Guelaguetza is a Zapotec word that means “a commitment of sharing and cooperation.” Guelaguetza is a celebration that honors the gods for sufficient rainfall and a bountiful harvest.
We’re so excited for the 20th Guelaguetza – the all-day Oaxacan cultural festival put on by our friends at Senderos will be bringing music, dance, food and celebration to the Branciforte Small Schools on Sunday, April 26!
