Financial Side of Estate Planning

Financial Side of Estate Planning
Tuesday, September 15, 12-1pm and 6-7pm
Estate planning is usually treated as a legal task, but many decisions that determine how assets transfer are financial ones. This free educational workshop covers what wills and trusts do and don’t control, how beneficiary designations and account titling affect outcomes, common mistakes that create unintended consequences, and how tax and family goals fit together. Attendees receive a readiness checklist.
Presented by Daniel L. Foss, ChFC, CLU.
Free and open to the community. Registration is recommended, and walk-ins are welcome. Light refreshments provided.
Educational purposes only. No financial products or services are offered or promoted, and no individualized financial, tax, or legal advice is provided.
Register for the noon event here.
