“Navigating the Adolescent Years” Free Parent Workshop

“Navigating the Adolescent Years” Free Parent Workshop
Navigating the teenage years doesn’t have to feel like a solo mission! Santa Cruz City Schools invites all parents to participate in our upcoming Positive Discipline series designed to help you connect, establish healthy boundaries, and guide your children with love and respect. Kick things off on Saturday, September 12, at Harbor High School with special interactive parent guides in English (presented by Julie Atkinson, M.Ed.) and Spanish (led by international speaker Tony Orozco).
The learning continues on Monday evenings starting September 21 with a 6-part workshop series, English available in-person at the Branciforte Small Schools Campus and Spanish available in-person as well or online via Zoom. To make attending effortless, free childcare (ages 5–11) and light meals or snacks are provided for all in-person sessions! Don’t miss this chance to gain practical tools for a happier, more cooperative home—see the attached fliers and reach out to Casey O’Brien at cobrien@sccs.net for details.
