Join the Watsonville Public Library Summer Reading Program. From Monday, June 1 – Friday, August 7, we invite readers of all ages to track their reading to earn prizes and participate in a variety of fun events and programs for the entire family throughout the summer.

You can register for the reading challenge one of two ways:
• Signing Up (or Logging Into if you have an account already) the Beanstack App on your phone, Android / iOS, or the Beanstack website. You will track all of your reading online if you use this method.
• Registering in person during library hours at the Main Library or Freedom Branch to participate with a traditional paper reading log.
How to Participate
1. Track your reading on either the paper reading log OR a virtual one through Beanstack.
2. Explore and participate in various activities and events this summer.
How the Summer Reading Program Works■ Anyone, of any age, can participate in the Summer Reading Program.
■ Everyone who registers will receive a Free book (while supplies last).
■ Participants choose to keep track of their reading in one of two ways – either on a traditional paper reading log, or online and earn prizes throughout the summer.
■ The last day to turn in reading logs and get the completion prize for reading 10 hours is Friday, August 7th, 2026.
