Family Days at The Grove – Much Ado About Nothing by William Shakespeare

Wednesdays 10am, July 29  August 5, Gates open 10am, Shaw starts 12pm

On Family Days we invite you to bring your young theatre enthusiasts to enjoy a day at the Grove. Kids age 12 and under are free with a paid adult ticket.

In 2026, Family Days are scheduled on July 29 and August 5 for performances of Much Ado About Nothing. Gates open at 10am and the shows begin at noon.

Arrive early to take part in fun activities including:

• Get your face painted!
• Make your own masquerade mask!
• Learn about marine animals!
• Meet Santa Cruz Firefighters!
• Grab a cold drink, treat or snack at SCS’s food and drink experience Line 38 — check out the Family Day specials!
• Bring a picnic and enjoy lunch in our beautiful picnic area overlooking Santa Cruz and the Monterey Bay!
