Native Animal Portraits – Pastel Painting, Saturday, July 26, 2 – 4pm;
Native Birds – Pastel Painting, Saturday, August 2, 2 – 4pm
Join local artist and painting instructor, Sarah Orre for an afternoon playing with expressive color, by using pastels or acrylics to create gorgeous native wildlife portraits and the vista of the Santa Cruz Mountains.Sarah will walk you through every step of the process, and several options will be provided to support beginning and intermediate skill levels. Learn how to build color and texture to create an end result that will be frame worthy.
Sarah’s passion for art comes through in her paintings and in her enthusiasm for inspiring others to learn and grow.
Painting Classes led by Sarah Orre
$45 per Class, plus $10 Materials Fee
Beginners welcome! Class meets outside at Picnic Area 1 in Henry Cowell.
Class size is limited, and advanced registration is required. Those who register will receive more detailed information and directions via email.
