DESCRIPTION:Live Mental Health Check-In\nTuesday\, January 24\, 5 – 6:30pm \nA friend once told me that parenting a child who is having mental health struggles is a full-time job. \nAnd she was right — supporting a child or teen with with anxiety\, depression\, existential angst\, lack of motivation\, school refusal\, negative coping strategies\, and more is exhausting\, isolating\, and takes a toll on the whole family. \nI invited pyschologist Dr. Matt Zakreski to join me in conversation for a live Mental Health Check-In to talk about how to better support our kids\, and ourselves\, as we navigate the really hard stuff so many of us are going through right now. \nThe event is next Tuesday\, January 24 and the recording will be available if you can’t attend live.
