DESCRIPTION:Second Annual Health Fair\nSaturday\, September 23\, 12 – 2pm \nConnect with our local wellness community and discover access to your next level of health and vitality! \nThere will be a variety of local health and wellness providers from multiple disciplines\, addressing body\, mind\, and spirit. Meet the practitioners face-to-face and have your questions answered. Sign up in advance or simply drop by for free consultations and demonstrations. Tour the Park Avenue Fitness training studios and meet the fabulous personal trainers who work there one-on-one and with small groups. \nWe will have a ton of great raffle prizes being awarded throughout the afternoon\, plus a grand prize at the end. It’s only $10 per ticket. All proceeds go to Second Harvest Food Bank. Last year we raised enough money to provide over 3500 meals for folks in need in our community.
