We’ll be enjoying a traditional creme tea with scones & homemade jams with an assortment of savory & sweet Holiday inspired finger food\, desserts and beverages all served in the most elegant manner. \nAfter our tea we’ll be sharing stories about the special bonds between us. \nTickets Prices: \nAdmit One – $80\nAdmit Two – $150\nSmall Children ages 3-6 – $40\nWe also added a Family Ticket that admits 3 family members for $210. \nThis is a small group event\, (maximum 30 people)\, held in Aptos on the grounds of a beautiful private estate in a well ventilated area. \nAdditional artisanal crafted Holiday gifts\, wreaths\, jams and other food items will be for sale following our tea.

DESCRIPTION:Winter Wellness Workshop Lunch & Learn\nSunday\, February 26\, 11am – 1:30pm \nJoin us for our Winter Wellness Workshop where we’ll be making three items to take home and boost your immune systems to help keep you healthy through the Winter months. \nPenny Cotter will be teaching us her recipe for making firecider\, an organic fermented ancient remedy for immune boosting and gut health. Firecider can be consumed as a shot a day as a form of medicine… but can also be used to add flavor and punch to a variety of culinery dishes. It is a great way to spice up soups\, stews\, salads\, marinades\, and more for a spicy kick and depth of flavor that cannot be achieved by other types of vinegar. \nCurtido is a lightly fermented Salvadorian slaw that is simple to make and full of probiotics. It pairs beautifully with tacos\, quesidillas\, roasted veggies\, seafood and grilled meats. It’s uplifting crunchy clean taste is addicting and brings a brightness to any meal. \nWe’re making a delicious turmeric\, lemon and ginger tonic that’s rich in antioxidants & anti-inflammatory properties\, to cleanse the body and strengthen our immune system. All three are super rich in antioxidants to clear out toxins from the body. \nOur workshop includes all supplies\, recipes and a light vegetarian lunch with beverages. Workshops take place outdoors or in well ventilated covered areas. Please specify when you register how many people will be in attending in your party.  \nThomas Farm has been growing organic flowers and produce in Santa Cruz county since 1971\, when they became instrumental in starting the sustainable organic farming movement.
