DESCRIPTION:Logjam! at Pleasure Point\nSaturday & Sunday\, April 26 – 27\, 7am -5pm \nBig Stick Surfing Association’s legendary “old board\, no cords” surf contest will be held April 26th and 27th\, at Pleasure Point\, Santa Cruz.  LogJam! is the longest -running classic longboard surfing contest in the world\, with over 100 competitors ranging in age from 7 to 70+ from all over California.  The annual Logjam! is an official event of the California Coalition of Surf Clubs\, and a favorite of clubs from all over the state.  It features world-class surfing\, great waves\, and loads of aloha! \nLogjam! annually attracts over 100 competitors ranging in age from 7 to 60+\, from all over California. Contestants bring their cherished vintage “logs\,” pre-1970 longboards weighing 20 lbs or more. They are surfed without a leash; truly a show of classic longboarding!\n​\nAn official contest of the California Coalition of Surf Clubs\, many clubs call it their favorite event of the year. \n  \n
