This unique workshop brings together creativity and community in celebration of the animals we love. \nIn this beginner-friendly session\, you’ll create a custom bobblehead sculpture inspired by a pet. Bring photos of your own pet\, or choose from a selection of adoptable animals from the shelter and craft a piece inspired by them. It’s a playful and meaningful way to turn your love for animals into a one-of-a-kind keepsake. \nOur instructors will guide you step by step through hand building techniques to shape\, assemble\, and glaze your piece during the session\, with plenty of room for personality and creative expression. \nWe’re proud to partner with the Santa Cruz County Animal Shelter Foundation\, a nonprofit dedicated to supporting the county’s open-admission animal shelter and the thousands of animals it serves each year. The Foundation helps fund essential care\, medical treatment\, and community programs that protect and improve the lives of animals across Santa Cruz County. \nAs part of this special event\, 25% of proceeds will be donated to support their work!

DESCRIPTION:Kids Spooky Night Out Party with Pizza and Pumpkin Carving\n\nFriday\, October 25\, 5:30-8pm\n\n\nCarve with us and roast those seeds!\n\n\n\nIt’s a date night for you parents\, after you drop the kids off at the 16th annual kids spooky night out; pizza and pumpkin carving party!\n\n\n\nKids enjoy a spooky evening\, carving pumpkins together and having pizza dinner provided by our friends @showtimepizzeria\n\n\n\nWe’ll be sure the kiddos bring those pumpkin seeds home for roasting! \nArt Factory’s Favorite Roasted Pumpkin Seed Recipe: \n\n• Rinse seeds – get that slime off!\n• Drizzle olive oil to coat seeds.\n• Sprinkle salt\, pepper and your favorite seasoning salt\, and don’t forget the beautiful color of paprika for added flavor and color.\n• Mix well and spread on parchment paper.\n• Roast in preheated oven at 350 degrees.\n• Take out halfway through and mix/spread them around for even roasting.\n• Cook to desired level.\n• We think they’re perfect at 15 minutes.
