In each location\, we will practice Qi Gong to complement the energy of nature and nourish our internal energy. Qi Gong is an ancient healing practice that combines breath\, movement\, and mindfulness. \nExpect to feel a lessening of stress\, an increase in peaceful\, calm energy\, and renewed appreciation for the healing power of the forest. \nThis course is appropriate for all experience levels\, from beginners to seasoned practitioners.
