He has observed the significant stress that teens face and teaches an evidence-based method of Tai Chi that enhances balance\, relaxation\, self-awareness\, and focus. Rob’s practice of mindful movement has helped students regulate emotions and maintain focus. \nThis program incorporates physical activity and parents will need to sign a waiver before children can participate.
