DESCRIPTION:Postpartum Support International\n\n \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nNEW SUPPORT GROUP!\n\n\n\nPostpartum Psychosis (PPP) is rare. It occurs in approximately 1 to 2 out of every 1\,000 deliveries.  After a PPP survivor’s symptoms have been stabilized\, peer support can be an important tool for recovery. Because PPP occurs less often than other perinatal mood disorders\, survivors can go their whole lives without meeting another PPP survivor.  In response\, PSI has created an online peer-to-peer support group for PPP survivors. Whether you’re a complete beginner or have some experience\, this class is perfect for everyone! \n The Class Experience:  Expect a warm and welcoming environment filled with laughter and camaraderie. Routines suitable for all fitness levels. Don’t worry; no prior experience is required – just bring an open mind and a smile! \n Benefits of Tai Chi:  \n\nEnhance your balance and flexibility.\nReduce stress and increase relaxation.\nImprove focus and mental clarity.\nPromote a sense of overall well-being.\nFoster a connection with fellow library-goers and the community.\n\n Who Can Join:  Absolutely everyone!
