Programs like Tales to Tails have been implemented nationally in both libraries and schools and have proven to be extremely effective in increasing the self-confidence and reading abilities of the participants. This program is for established readers struggling with reading aloud\, not reading tutoring. \nCall 831-427-7713 to make a 30-minute appointment at the Downtown branch. Appointments are available between 4:30 and 6:00 pm\, on the second and fourth Tuesday of every month.
