Topics include basic equipment\, safety fundamentals\, and the correct order of operations from prep through processing. \nThe session is demonstration and discussion based\, connecting practical food skills to everyday meals and pantry use. The class includes a seasonal preservation guide and concludes with a brief tasting of thoughtfully prepared preserves for inspiration and reference. \nThis is Class 1 of a three-part Food Preservation Series.
