Tween Girls Self-Defense Workshop

Your daughters (and daughter-identified) need to be armed with their own natural resources their bodies provide to be safe in our environment—especially when you’re not with them. Help them feel safe (and help your sanity) by making sure they have some self-defense training. This is not a sit-down lecture. They will ‘do’ and they will ‘move.’ It’s a fun, and quick, two hours worth of training. And so worth the time and effort you put in for your daughters. Your daughters’ safety is invaluable. Give them this gift.
