Girls Self-Defense Workshop
September 25, 12:30 – 2:30 pm
Be sure your Girls are empowered with fighting skills. You can’t defend them when you’re not with them. Help them find their own power by enrolling them in training.
They won’t become experts—they WILL learn skills they can use right away. They’ll learn critical defensive techniques. (How to stop a perpetrator.)
Our next Girls Self-Defense Workshop is scheduled for September 25, 12:30 – 2:30 pm. $99 until September 18! Then $119. This one is for 10, 11, 12, 13 year olds.
