Attend this FREE parenting workshop to learn:
• How to teach children to recognize and express feelings appropriately
• Strategies to help children develop positive ways of thinking
• How to help children develop skills to handle stress
Where: PVUSD Wellness Center • 530 Palm Ave, Watsonville
Presented in Spanish with simultaneous interpretation into English
Free childcare for children ages 3-11 years old will be provided.
