Saturday Shakespeare A Midsummer Night’s Dream

Saturday, May 3, 10am – 12pm

Join us for learning, reading and a film, all about Shakeseare’s Midsummer Night’s Dream

The 1st hour will be spent in conversation with a guest speaker, Julia Lupton, Distinguished Professor of English and Comparative Literature at UC Irvine, dramaturg for UCI’s New Swan Summer Festival

During the 2nd hour volunteers will read aloud part of the play. Readings: Act 2, Scenes 1 & 2; Act 3, Scene 1

During the final session a film will be presented.
