Printmaking with Stacy Monowitz

Explore the medium of printmaking and connect with your creativity. Over a series of three classes, you will create monoprints and relief prints. Finished prints will be mounted on cardstock. Discover the history of printmaking as a medium of communication and enjoy a playful approach to artmaking. No experience needed; materials will be supplied. Each class will complete a project.

About our instructor: Stacy Monowitz has worked as a Spectra Artist bringing art to classrooms throughout Santa Cruz County. As the Art Masterpiece program coordinator at SLVE, she enjoyed bridging generations through art. Currently working as an Experience Instructor at 1440 Multiversity in Scotts Valley, Stacy encourages a playful approach to creative exploration.
