Our Street Smarts program will provide free bike lights & education to bicyclists in need at 4 upcoming pop-up bike safety events after dusk along high traffic cycling routes! Those riding without lights will be outfitted with rechargeable front & rear lights for safer cycling with greater visibility at night.
