NAMI Peer-to-Peer Free Class for Adults with Mental Health Challenges
Tuesdays, September 12th, 6 – 8pm
A NAMI Peer-to-Peer class has been scheduled for Fall 2023! This is a free class for adults with mental health conditions. Please see flyer attached to distribute to anyone who may be interested, including clients, providers, and family members.
Our Fall 2023 class will run for 8 consecutive Tuesdays. This class will be held in person in Santa Cruz, CA (exact location to be revealed upon registration).

- Develop confidence for making decisions and reducing stress
